These Affiliate Programme Terms govern referral links, sponsor relationships, membership commissions, recurring Marketplace purchase bonuses and promotional activity by ABAMBUZ members.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Nature of the programme
The ABAMBUZ affiliate programme rewards eligible members for genuine referrals and qualifying commercial activity. Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise or authority to bind ABAMBUZ. Members operate independently and are responsible for their own statements, costs and legal obligations.
2. Eligibility
A participant must have an eligible account, provide accurate information, maintain any required active VIP membership and comply with verification and platform rules. ABAMBUZ may withhold or reverse rewards while eligibility, payment, referral integrity or fraud concerns are reviewed.
3. Referral attribution
A referral relationship is created when a new member registers through a valid referral link or approved referral code and the system records the sponsor. Attribution is subject to technical records, account integrity and anti-abuse controls. A sponsor cannot demand reassignment after a valid relationship has been created, except to correct a verified system error.
4. Membership referral commissions
Membership registration commissions, including any approved multi-level structure, are governed by the rates displayed in the member dashboard or commission settings at the time the qualifying payment is processed. A commission is payable only after successful payment verification and may be reversed after a refund, chargeback, duplicate payment or fraudulent registration.
5. Recurring direct-sponsor Marketplace purchase bonus
An active direct sponsor may receive a purchase bonus each time a personally referred member completes a qualifying Marketplace order. The bonus is recurring and is not limited to the referred member’s first order.
| Direct sponsor’s active plan | Recurring rate |
|---|---|
| VIP 1 — Explorer | 1% |
| VIP 2 — Builder | 3% |
| VIP 3 — Elite | 5% |
6. Qualifying purchase value
The purchase bonus is calculated from eligible product value actually paid through an approved external payment method after discounts. The following do not generate the bonus:
- Welcome BUZZO or ordinary BUZZO payments.
- VIP registrations, renewals or upgrades.
- Shipping, delivery fees and taxes.
- Gift cards, wallet credits and cash-equivalent products.
- Excluded, refunded, cancelled, failed or fraudulent orders.
- Any product marked ineligible for purchase bonuses.
7. Direct sponsor only
The recurring Marketplace purchase bonus is paid to the buyer’s direct sponsor only. It is separate from any membership registration commission that may apply to more than one referral level.
8. Pending status and release
A purchase bonus may be shown as pending after payment verification. It becomes available only after the order is completed, the standard hold period has passed, no refund or chargeback exists and the sponsor remains eligible. The standard hold period is seven days after completion unless another period is displayed.
9. Refunds and reversals
A pending bonus is cancelled where the order no longer qualifies. A released bonus may be reversed after a full or partial refund, chargeback, fraud finding or system correction. The reversal is recorded in the BUZZO ledger.
10. Acceptable promotion
Affiliates may share accurate information, approved links, genuine product experiences and official promotional materials. Statements must be clear, truthful and consistent with current programme terms.
11. Prohibited promotion
- Promises of guaranteed, fixed, risk-free or effortless income.
- Statements that membership is an investment or that BUZZO will increase in value.
- False product, price, delivery, earnings or regulatory claims.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment or deceptive advertising.
- Impersonating ABAMBUZ staff or claiming authority not granted in writing.
- Using protected branding, paid advertising or domain names in an unauthorised or misleading way.
- Targeting vulnerable persons with pressure, concealment or false urgency.
12. Referral and transaction abuse
Self-referral, duplicate accounts, circular sponsorship, artificial purchases, coordinated refunds, false identities, stolen payment methods, fabricated documents and other manipulation are prohibited. Related commissions, bonuses and balances may be withheld or reversed, and accounts may be suspended.
13. No guaranteed earnings
Earnings depend on genuine qualifying activity, product purchases, membership status, programme rules and customer behaviour. ABAMBUZ does not guarantee any level, frequency or duration of earnings. Examples are illustrative and must not be presented as typical or assured results.
14. Sponsor responsibilities
Sponsors are encouraged to help referred members understand the platform and products, but must not control another member’s password, wallet, identity documents or payment method. A sponsor must respect privacy and refer account-specific matters to Support.
15. Records, taxes and expenses
Members should maintain their own promotional and transaction records. Each member is responsible for personal tax, reporting, internet, advertising and other expenses unless ABAMBUZ expressly agrees otherwise.
16. Monitoring and enforcement
ABAMBUZ may review promotional content, referrals, devices, payment patterns, accounts and transactions to protect the programme. Breaches may result in warning, withheld rewards, reversal, suspension, termination or legal action where appropriate.
17. Changes to the programme
Rates, eligibility, products, hold periods, caps and promotional rules may be changed prospectively to protect commercial sustainability, consumers, security and legal compliance. Material changes will be announced through official channels.
18. Questions and complaints
Use the official Support page for referral-attribution, commission, bonus or conduct concerns. Include the relevant member, order or transaction reference.
