Marketplace Policy

Rules for products, pricing, orders, fulfilment, delivery, Marketplace rewards, product eligibility and customer support.

This Marketplace Policy explains how products are listed, ordered, paid for, fulfilled, delivered and supported within the ABAMBUZ Marketplace. It applies to all buyers, members, participating sellers and fulfilment partners.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

1. Marketplace purpose

The ABAMBUZ Marketplace allows eligible users to purchase approved physical products, digital products and services using available payment methods. Products may be supplied directly by ABAMBUZ or by an approved third-party seller or fulfilment partner.

2. Product information

We aim to provide clear product descriptions, images, prices, availability, sizes, specifications and important restrictions. Images may be illustrative, and colours or packaging may vary slightly because of screens, production batches or supplier changes. Where a product concept is an upcoming-release preview, it must be identified as such and must not be presented as manufactured stock.

3. Pricing and discounts

Prices shown at checkout are the prices used for the order, subject to correction of obvious errors. VIP discounts, coupons and promotions may have eligibility limits, expiry dates and product exclusions. Discounts cannot normally be combined unless the checkout expressly allows it.

4. Currency and payment

Marketplace values may be displayed in United States dollars, BUZZO or a converted local-currency amount. External payments may be processed in Nigerian naira. The checkout shows the amount due before the buyer places the order. BUZZO and Welcome BUZZO use is governed by the BUZZO Usage Terms.

5. Order acceptance

Submitting an order creates a request to purchase. An order is accepted after payment verification and confirmation that the product can be supplied. ABAMBUZ may reject or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, pricing errors, verification concerns, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, technical errors or legal requirements. Where payment has already been received, the appropriate refund or reversal process will begin.

6. Product eligibility for rewards

Each product may have individual settings for VIP discounts, Welcome BUZZO acceptance and direct-sponsor purchase bonuses. Products such as gift cards, wallet credits, membership plans, low-margin goods, special-clearance items or supplier-restricted items may be excluded. Eligibility displayed on the product page or checkout applies to that order.

7. Welcome BUZZO at checkout

Eligible members may use Welcome BUZZO for up to 50% of the eligible product subtotal, limited by the promotional balance available. Welcome BUZZO cannot be applied to shipping, taxes, membership fees, upgrades, wallet top-ups, excluded products or cash-equivalent items. The checkout displays the amount applied before the order is placed.

8. Delivery and fulfilment

  • Delivery estimates begin after payment verification and order acceptance.
  • Delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated.
  • The buyer must provide a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address and contact number.
  • Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery or requested rerouting may be payable by the buyer.
  • Risk in physical goods passes in accordance with applicable law and the confirmed delivery arrangements.

9. Inspection on delivery

Buyers should inspect packages promptly and report missing, damaged, defective or incorrect items through Support. Photographs, packaging, delivery labels, videos or other evidence may be requested to assess the claim. Do not discard packaging before a reported delivery issue has been reviewed.

10. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before payment. Nothing in this Policy removes mandatory consumer rights.

11. Digital products

Digital products are delivered through the member account, email or another stated channel. Access limits, licence restrictions, expiry dates and download limits may apply. Except where required by law or where the file is defective or incorrectly supplied, a digital product may become non-refundable once access or download has begun.

12. Seller and supplier standards

Approved sellers and suppliers must provide accurate information, lawful goods, reasonable fulfilment, product support and records required to resolve complaints. ABAMBUZ may suspend or remove sellers or listings that create consumer, legal, safety, quality or reputation risks.

13. Prohibited products and conduct

The Marketplace must not be used to list or obtain unlawful, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, infringing or restricted goods. Reviews, orders and product interactions must not be manipulated. ABAMBUZ may cancel related transactions and cooperate with lawful investigations.

14. Purchase bonuses

A qualifying externally paid product purchase may generate a recurring direct-sponsor bonus under the Affiliate Programme Terms. Welcome BUZZO, ordinary BUZZO payments, shipping, taxes, refunded value and excluded products do not generate that bonus. Bonuses remain subject to completion, the applicable hold period and refund reversal.

15. Customer support and complaints

For delivery, product, payment or seller issues, submit a Support request with the order number and relevant evidence. ABAMBUZ will coordinate with the seller, supplier, delivery partner or payment provider where necessary.

16. Policy updates

ABAMBUZ may update Marketplace procedures, product eligibility and operational rules to reflect supplier terms, consumer-protection requirements, security needs and commercial sustainability. Material changes will be communicated through official channels.
