These Gift Card Terms apply to ABAMBUZ Marketplace Digital Gift Cards purchased, delivered, claimed or redeemed through the ABAMBUZ Universe. They form part of the Terms and Conditions, Marketplace Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Closed-loop Marketplace value
An ABAMBUZ Marketplace Digital Gift Card is prepaid shopping value that may be used only for eligible products and services sold through the ABAMBUZ Marketplace. It is not legal tender, a bank deposit, a BUZZO balance, an investment product or a payment card accepted by unrelated merchants.
2. Available amounts
Gift cards may be offered in fixed values such as US$10, US$25, US$50, US$100 and US$200. The value selected and paid for is the initial gift-card balance. A gift card receives no VIP discount and must be purchased through an approved external payment method.
3. Issuance and delivery
A unique gift-card code is generated only after the purchase payment is successfully verified. The purchaser may enter a recipient name, recipient email, personal message and future delivery date. ABAMBUZ is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address, spam filtering or a recipient’s email provider, but an authorised administrator may resend an active card.
4. Account protection and claiming
Gift-card codes must be kept private. A member may add a valid unassigned code to their Gift Cards page. Once a card is connected to a member account, only that account may use it. ABAMBUZ may temporarily restrict a code during a fraud, ownership, refund or security review.
5. Eligible use
A gift card may be entered in the Add coupons field during checkout and can be used for full or partial payment of eligible Marketplace products. Any unused balance remains on the same card for a later eligible purchase.
6. Excluded uses
- Purchasing another gift card.
- VIP registration, membership renewal or membership upgrade.
- Buying BUZZO, wallet credits, gift vouchers or cash-equivalent products.
- Withdrawal fees, taxes, shipping or products marked as gift-card ineligible.
- Cash redemption, bank withdrawal, member-to-member transfer or conversion into ordinary or Welcome BUZZO.
7. Discounts, commissions and rewards
VIP discounts do not reduce the purchase price of a gift card. Purchasing a gift card does not generate Welcome BUZZO, registration commissions, purchase bonuses, cashback or another promotional reward. When a gift card is later redeemed for eligible products, the gift-card-funded portion does not generate a direct-sponsor purchase bonus.
8. Partial use and remaining balance
Where the order total is lower than the available card balance, only the eligible order amount is deducted and the remainder stays available. Where the order total exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid through another approved method.
9. Refunds
The gift-card-funded portion of an eligible refund is normally restored to the same gift card rather than paid as cash or BUZZO. Partial refunds restore no more than the gift-card value originally used on that order. A refund of the original gift-card purchase may disable the issued card. Where the card has already been used, ABAMBUZ may place the card, purchaser or related account under review before completing the refund.
10. Expiry
Gift cards have no expiry unless an expiry date is displayed before purchase and in the delivery email. Promotional or campaign-specific cards may have separate expiry conditions. Expired value is not available for redemption except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by ABAMBUZ.
11. Lost, stolen or disclosed codes
A gift-card code should be treated like cash. Contact Support immediately if a code is lost, stolen, disclosed or used without authority. ABAMBUZ may suspend an unused balance where ownership can be reasonably verified, but cannot guarantee replacement of value already redeemed before a report is received.
12. Fraud and prohibited activity
ABAMBUZ may cancel, suspend or reverse a card connected to stolen payment information, duplicate accounts, artificial orders, coordinated refunds, code guessing, unauthorised resale or other fraudulent or abusive activity. Attempts to test or automate gift-card codes are prohibited.
13. Programme changes
ABAMBUZ may change available denominations, product eligibility, delivery methods, limits, security controls or future expiry rules prospectively. Material changes will be published through the website or member dashboard.
14. Support
For a delivery, balance, redemption or security issue, use the official ABAMBUZ Support page and provide the related order number and only the final four characters of the gift-card code. Do not send a full code through public channels.
