These BUZZO Usage Terms govern the ABAMBUZ Wallet, ordinary earned BUZZO, Welcome BUZZO, transfers, Marketplace spending, purchase bonuses and approved withdrawal requests.

1. What BUZZO is
BUZZO, represented by “BZ”, is an internal closed-loop reward unit used within the ABAMBUZ ecosystem. It records approved rewards and provides access to specified Marketplace and programme benefits.
2. Published rates
- Marketplace shopping rate: 100 BZ = US$1 of eligible shopping value.
- Approved cash-out rate: 110 BZ = US$1 before any applicable external charges.
- Introductory minimum withdrawal: 10,000 BZ.
Rates may be changed prospectively to reflect operations, currency conversion, fraud prevention, payment costs or programme sustainability. A new rate applies only as communicated and displayed before the relevant transaction.
3. Ordinary BUZZO and Welcome BUZZO
Ordinary BUZZO may arise from approved referrals, purchase bonuses, campaigns, corrections or other stated activities. Subject to status, limits and verification, ordinary BUZZO may be spent, transferred or included in an approved withdrawal request.
Welcome BUZZO is promotional Marketplace credit awarded after a member’s first successful VIP activation. It is kept in a separate balance and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, cashed out or used for membership fees or upgrades.
4. Welcome BUZZO amounts
| VIP plan | Welcome BUZZO | Shopping value |
|---|---|---|
| VIP 1 — Explorer | 5,000 BZ | US$50 |
| VIP 2 — Builder | 10,000 BZ | US$100 |
| VIP 3 — Elite | 20,000 BZ | US$200 |
Welcome BUZZO is awarded once for the first paid membership activation. It normally expires 90 days after award. Upgrades, renewals and duplicate registrations do not create another award unless an official promotion states otherwise.
5. Welcome BUZZO Marketplace use
A member may use Welcome BUZZO for up to 50% of the eligible product subtotal in one order, limited by the available Welcome BUZZO balance. The remaining amount must be paid through another approved method. Product exclusions, shipping, taxes, memberships, upgrades, wallet credits and cash-equivalent items do not qualify.
6. Earning ordinary BUZZO
Ordinary BUZZO may be earned only through activities approved and recorded by ABAMBUZ. Examples may include qualifying referral commissions, recurring direct-sponsor purchase bonuses, campaigns, service corrections or other published rewards. Rewards are not guaranteed and may be pending until payment, fulfilment, verification or a hold period is complete.
7. Spending BUZZO
Eligible Marketplace products may be paid for using ordinary BUZZO where the BUZZO payment option is available. The wallet must have enough available balance. A BUZZO debit is completed only when the order is successfully created and the payment is accepted. Failed or cancelled transactions are corrected through the ledger rather than by deleting records.
8. Member-to-member transfers
Transfers may be available to eligible verified members. Transfers are subject to balance checks, security controls, limits and recipient validation. Completed transfers are generally final unless ABAMBUZ determines that there was an error, fraud, unauthorised access or another reason requiring correction. Welcome BUZZO cannot be transferred.
9. Withdrawal requests
Withdrawal is a controlled redemption feature and is not an automatic right to immediate payment. A member must maintain active membership, complete identity verification, save one personal payout bank account under Account Settings and pass bank-account name verification. Withdrawal details cannot be replaced on the withdrawal form, and payment is made only to the saved verified account. Changing the payout account requires password confirmation and a one-time security code, cancels open withdrawal requests and may apply a 48-hour security hold. ABAMBUZ may approve, reject, hold or request information about a withdrawal.
At the published introductory rate, 10,000 BZ represents approximately US$90.91 before external charges. The actual payout may be converted to the supported settlement currency at the recorded rate.
10. Recurring direct-sponsor purchase bonus
When a directly referred member completes a qualifying Marketplace purchase, the active direct sponsor may receive ordinary BUZZO at the following rates:
| Sponsor plan | Rate |
|---|---|
| VIP 1 — Explorer | 1% |
| VIP 2 — Builder | 3% |
| VIP 3 — Elite | 5% |
The rate is applied only to eligible externally paid product value after discounts. Welcome BUZZO, ordinary BUZZO payments, shipping, taxes, membership products, excluded items and refunded value do not generate the purchase bonus. The bonus is direct-sponsor only and is normally released after the order remains completed for the stated hold period.
11. Pending balances, reservations and availability
Rewards may appear as pending, reserved or unavailable while an order, transfer, withdrawal, verification or refund is being processed. Pending or reserved amounts are not part of the spendable balance.
12. Expiry, correction and reversal
Promotional balances may expire. ABAMBUZ may correct duplicate, erroneous, fraudulent or technically incorrect credits and debits using traceable ledger entries. Rewards related to cancelled, refunded, charged-back or fraudulent transactions may be cancelled or reversed. If an account lacks enough balance for a reversal, the account may be restricted until the position is resolved.
13. Security and prohibited use
- No sale, external exchange or unofficial trading of BUZZO.
- No duplicate accounts, self-referral abuse, circular transfers or artificial purchases.
- No use of stolen payment methods, false documents or unauthorised accounts.
- No attempt to manipulate balances, rates, transaction references or reward processing.
- No representation that BUZZO is an investment or guaranteed income product.
14. Account restriction
Wallet functions may be paused during security, fraud, compliance, refund or identity reviews. ABAMBUZ may refuse a transaction that breaches these Terms, applicable law or platform risk controls.
15. Taxes and personal obligations
Members are responsible for obtaining their own advice regarding any tax, reporting or legal obligation arising from rewards or redemptions. ABAMBUZ may retain records or make disclosures where required by law.
16. Programme changes
ABAMBUZ may change rates, limits, eligible activities, hold periods, expiry periods or withdrawal procedures prospectively. Material changes will be published through the website or member dashboard.
