ABAMBUZ MEMBER POLICY CENTRE

Terms and Conditions

The main rules governing ABAMBUZ membership, accounts, payments, Marketplace activity, referrals, rewards and use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the ABAMBUZ Universe website, member dashboard, VIP membership programme, affiliate features, BUZZO Wallet, Marketplace, support channels and related services. By registering, activating a membership, placing an order, using BUZZO or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked within them.

1. About ABAMBUZ

ABAMBUZ Universe is a membership, rewards, affiliate and Marketplace ecosystem. References to “ABAMBUZ”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of the ABAMBUZ Universe platform. References to “member”, “you” or “your” mean any person who registers, purchases, participates in the affiliate programme or uses the platform.

2. Acceptance of the policies

These Terms must be read together with the Marketplace Policy, BUZZO Usage Terms, Refund Policy, Gift Card Terms, Affiliate Programme Terms, Privacy Policy and any product-specific or campaign-specific conditions displayed before payment. Where a specific product or promotion has additional conditions, those conditions apply together with these Terms.

3. Eligibility and account registration

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • One person may not operate duplicate accounts to obtain repeated bonuses, referrals or promotional benefits.
  • You are responsible for protecting your password, transfer credentials and account access.
  • You must promptly notify ABAMBUZ through the official Support page if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. VIP membership

VIP membership plans provide access to benefits shown on the membership page at the time of activation. Benefits may include Marketplace discounts, affiliate eligibility, digital resources and programme rewards. A membership becomes active only after successful payment verification and system activation.

Membership fees, benefits, renewal arrangements and upgrade rules are displayed before purchase. Welcome BUZZO may be awarded on the first paid activation in accordance with the BUZZO Usage Terms. Upgrades and renewals do not automatically qualify for another welcome award unless a separate promotion states otherwise.

5. Payments and currency

Payments may be accepted through approved external payment providers or eligible internal BUZZO balances. Product prices may be displayed in United States dollars while an external provider collects the converted Nigerian naira amount. The conversion rate used for a transaction is recorded at checkout and may differ from later rates.

You authorise ABAMBUZ and its payment partners to process the information required to complete your transaction. A payment is not treated as completed until it has been verified by the relevant provider and recorded by the platform.

6. Marketplace orders

Marketplace purchases are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, fulfilment requirements and the Marketplace Policy. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee availability where stock, supplier or verification issues arise. ABAMBUZ may cancel or adjust an order where there is a pricing error, stock problem, suspected fraud, payment failure or legal restriction.

7. BUZZO rewards

BUZZO is an internal ABAMBUZ reward unit. It is not legal tender, a bank deposit, a publicly traded cryptocurrency, an investment product or a promise of financial return. Earning, spending, transfer, withdrawal, expiry, correction and reversal rules are explained in the BUZZO Usage Terms.

8. Affiliate participation

Affiliate rewards arise only from qualifying activity under the Affiliate Programme Terms. No member may promise guaranteed income, represent ABAMBUZ as an investment scheme, use spam, make false product claims, create duplicate accounts, self-refer improperly or manipulate purchases, refunds or sponsorship relationships.

9. Identity verification and compliance reviews

ABAMBUZ may request identity, payment, delivery or transaction information before activating certain features, approving withdrawals, releasing rewards or resolving security concerns. A withdrawal may be paid only to the member’s saved and verified personal bank account. The resolved bank-account name must match, or be administratively confirmed as an acceptable variation of, the verified KYC legal name. Access may be limited while a review or security hold is in progress. Information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data-protection requirements.

10. Prohibited conduct

  • Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or abusive activity.
  • Attempting to interfere with security, accounts, transactions, code or infrastructure.
  • Creating false identities, duplicate accounts, circular referrals or artificial orders.
  • Using automated tools to scrape, overload or misuse the platform without permission.
  • Publishing false earnings claims, deceptive promotions or unauthorised representations.
  • Infringing intellectual-property, privacy or consumer rights.

11. Suspension and termination

ABAMBUZ may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is suspected fraud, a material policy breach, unlawful activity, payment risk, chargeback abuse, security risk or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, the member may contact Support to request clarification or review. Suspension does not remove obligations already incurred, and unlawful or erroneous rewards may be reversed.

12. Intellectual property

The ABAMBUZ name, logos, designs, software, written materials and other platform content are owned by or licensed to ABAMBUZ. Members receive a limited, revocable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. No content may be copied, sold, modified or presented as an official ABAMBUZ publication without written authorisation.

13. Third-party services

Payments, hosting, email, delivery and other services may be provided by third parties. Their separate terms may apply. ABAMBUZ is not responsible for independent third-party systems beyond the extent required by applicable law, but will provide reasonable support for platform-related issues.

14. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, restrict or temporarily suspend parts of the platform to protect security, comply with law or improve operations. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and communicating material changes through the website or member dashboard. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

15. Disclaimers and limitation

ABAMBUZ does not guarantee continuous access, uninterrupted third-party services, specific product availability, a particular amount of rewards or any income outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABAMBUZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the platform, unauthorised account sharing, third-party disruption or activity outside our reasonable control.

16. Complaints and dispute resolution

Members should first submit complaints through the official Support page with the relevant order, transaction or account information. ABAMBUZ will investigate and provide a response within a reasonable period. Nothing in this process prevents a consumer from using any complaint or redress mechanism available under applicable law.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Disputes that cannot be resolved through support or good-faith negotiation may be referred to a court or other competent forum as permitted by law.

18. Contact

For questions, account issues or complaints, use the official ABAMBUZ Support page or the contact information published on the website.
